Good question! I look after about 4 big fields of wheat each year and then there are 5 other fields that are all around the country that people look after for us. Each year we change the fields (it’s called crop rotation) that we look after because if you grow wheat in the same field for lots of years in a row it stops growing very well and gets loads of diseases so you have to give the field a break by growing something else in it for a year (we let the farmer do that bit).
